Moving to Camarillo have some Q's

So I am moving to cali for work and I am wondering about keeping my foxbody there. Can any of you guys give me the low down on how hard it is going to be to get her legit in Ca? Maybe I should just keep the Oregon tags on it. Aside from that is there much of a mustang scene in the ventura / LA area?
