Nothing on the induction end is gonna quiet you down. Geez, sorry to hear it's too loud for ya, Tampa04GT - but I know what you mean. We yanked the O/R pipe off my wife's 01 to replace it with a single cat H. Much better now - it was just TOO loud. Fun for a while, but it gets old. It's still louder than my OEM H on my 02, but not nearly as loud as before with no cats. Cats will help quiet you down. Maybe rather than have the O/R H pipe replaced, you can have a couple of high-flow cats welded in...not sure how much cheaper that might be, but it will help. Check out your options.

Cai or any type of induction mod will fill out the sound more and make it sound "better." you should've known before hand that it was going to sound like that.

Offroad X and 2 chamber flows here. Loud outside the car, quiet and tame inside the cabin. I can easily hear myself think. The drone vibrates my ebrake around 2000rpm, but the drone is far from brain rattling. It subtley comes in and out. I cant even hear my exhaust with the radio on a moderate level.

Some of you old timers over react to the "loudness" ...its kinda all subjective, but unless your an old man, you'll eventually want it even LOUDER. I know I do.
