Anyone run this combo? How is the sound? I'm looking for deeeep rumble/growl. I wonder what kind of performance increases I'll see with the blower?

Only reason I ask is the midpipe is $515 and the stingers are $730. OUCH!

Stingers and MRT O/R H..I like the sound of an X better with the stingers personally.

Thanks for the link! I'll have to take a look when I get home as my job blocks streetfire.

it will give you a very very deep loud rumble. stingers are badass

i've heard stingers and an offroad prochamber is one of the best sounding exhausts. and a lot of people go with offroad X's with stingers.

they do get a little crackly with an offroad midpipe tho because they're straight through. Were you thinkin catted or offroad?

$515 for a midpipe, you must be insane or have alot of $ to burn.

Same for paying $730 for a catback.

They should ship some gold or some stocks that are sure to take off when you buy those parts, lol.

Seriously though, $730 for a catback, or 600 for cams... Cams make any exhaust sound good, lol.

Stingers sound better with a catted-h imo. They sound great with the mrt. They are a little too snap, crackle, poppy without cats. I dunno where you are looking but stingers are only 600 here: http://www.ninosport.com/Borla-Stinger-Cat-back-1999-04-Mustang-GT-Mach1-140067?sc=2&category=96 with free shipping.

I have this exact combo, with the catted h. I love it. It has extreme depth in tone, and only crackles in a small range in the rpm band when getting onto it.

It's not only a biased opinion.. it's definitely worth the money.

Quality fit on both the stingers and the H.

You'll be pleased.

Just buy the mufflers for $150 on ebay and get them welded in for $80. That's what I did with my Borlas. Will save you 500. I have the MRT catted H. Very nice piece. I don't have the stingers though, I have the Borla Pro XS. Still sounds very good with the MRT. I've set off some car alarms in parking garages.

God no offense but those things sound crappy IMO. They cost an arm and a leg too! Thats probably the only cat-back that i think sounds like chit. And it happens to be the most expensive too.

The vid was funny however watching the dog get scared and hear the kid scremaing in the background

I honestly do believe that if you heard my car in person, it would change your mind.

Maybe, although I highly doubt it. I hate all the popping those cat-backs do. Sounds terrible..... I've heard quite a few stinger videos now too. I hate everyone so far

With cats they actually pop less then most other catbacks i have heard. I still have the stock h on with mine and they dont pop much more then the stock exhaust did. I honestly dont really like any catback without cats, just my preference though.
