Im looking at the MRT web site and im wondering do the MRT Hi-Flow H-Pipes work both on the auto and stick shift mustang gts?

There's no part number difference, auto or manual pipe, for my '98, fwiw. To be certain, give MRT a call. That's all I can suggest.
