MSD 6AL Ignition box Question

Hi I'm Installing this box but i don't know where to connect the green and the violet wires in my 93 GT stang.The wires said to magnetic pickup or crank tigger.

They dont get used. Red, White, Orange, Black are the ones that get hooked up not including the power and ground wire.

I personally have it hooked up with the MSD harness because its a much cleaner install. I did have a 6A hooked in without the harness though and it worked fine. Follow those instructions in that link I posted and you'll be up and running.
