In that time did you ever got any loud and annoying chirping noise out of the MSD coil?To the top of this derailed thread!
My msd coil lasted two years before it started to take longer to start my pony.
I put the original coil back and that solved it. I went to rock auto and ordered a new motor craft coil.
I have had an MSD Coil on my car, it definitely makes a chirping noise that l can hear in the interior, if it makes you feel any better its been on my car for at least 20 years. In that time did you ever got any loud and annoying chirping noise out of the MSD coil?
Maybe replacing my old coil with an original one would be the best idea.
Thank you
I’m sure mine could go on for a long time but im getting really annoyed by that loud chirping. Right now I have the stock coil running so quiet! Once I forget about it I’ll install the MSD again and will go back and forth between both coilsI have had an MSD Coil on my car, it definitely makes a chirping noise that l can hear in the interior, if it makes you feel any better its been on my car for at least 20 years.
