I'm from New York.. I guess I've just gotten used to seeing them on my car. When the one side broke off it just didn't look right.. I guess it will just take a little time to adjust to the look of it without the mudflaps.

Mine just came off when I switched the bumper cover, I'm startin to get used to not having them, I'll decide by Monday whether to keep them off or not and if I'm keepin them off, you can have them. They were on the car when I got it and it never occurred to me they shouldn't be there until I put the new bumper cover on.

Yup, you can have mine if you want them. Just pm me (though I've never done that, hopefully i'm not too computer illiterate to figure it out).

I used to wonder why folks had them until I put the wider tires on back. I have started to notice more rock hits on the lower part of the rear fender now.

If you are worried about the rocks hitting the rear fender, just add the clear plastic vinyl. You won't notice it, and it protects great.

yeah its just one of those things that I have to go buy and havent done it yet. There is a small but deep gouge on the center of my rear bumper so a buddy is going to repaint it for me anyway or I would have bought some already.
