i believe they do make then for 5.0's now. they are a straight thru muffler so they will sound like a 60's muscle car. if you have a H or X pipe then ya it will sound nasty but you also have to remeber the fire birds and z28's with the 350's only use one muffler so they sound nasty with anything.I Had (about a year ago on my 87 lx) dynomax bullet mufflers bolted right to my H-pipe no rear pipes(stock catted)LOUD AS HELL!!!!!and i had to yell to talk to my freinds next to me in the pass seat. I now have a Set of ceramic coated long tube headers with a off-road h-pipe and a 2-chamber flowmaster cat-back kit.It does the job for now but i am more of a chamber kinda guy so i am gonna do the 1-chambers next after i get done building my 347 stroker.

ya i hear ya 70 each is alot for that small of a muffler and if you cant weld you have to have custom flow tubes made and then have it all welded i would say easly a 500 dollar mod Includeing the mufflers. But they are on my list just so close to that Coast high 347 Stroker Kit.

spintech pro-street

depending on where you live... if you can run an off-road H-pipe with spintech pro-street mufflers you'll be plenty loud and mean.

go to www.spintechmufflers.com for more information. there's video clip on www.mustangexhaust.com that has a car with dumped spintech's that sounds wicked!!
