Magnapacks are loud 
My mufflers were offset in, center out, and I barely had enough room for the aftermarket MAC mufflers I put on. I'd imagine you could put center in/ center out mufflers on, it would just be a bear to get the tips lined up right, and that part that goes over the axle might rub the axle on big bumps. I know those 10 series mufflers are little, so you'd have to add a piece of pipe to make them long enough to fit in the place where a stock muffler was cut out. In that case, you might be able to have a good muffler shop make a small s-bend extension to get everything to fit nice.
Judging by the fact that you are modifying the existing stock exhaust, I'm going to guess that the cats are still on the car. It's either the 10 series or Magnapacks that will be the loudest for you. I've heard the 10s next to a straight pipe setup, and the 10s were much louder. Good luck!
