Musk puts Twitter buy 'on hold,' casting doubt on $44B deal
DETROIT (AP) — Tesla billionaire Elon Musk has put his plan to buy Twitter on what he called a temporary “hold,” raising fresh doubts about whether he'll proceed with the $44 billion acquisition.
There, fixed it for you.Price negotiation due to the drop in stock price and net worth of the company.
He didn't get to be a billionaire by being stupid.... If he can negotiate a better price more power to him..There, fixed it for you.
You know me. I dislike rich people.Only one who knows the real reason is the guy with the money.....
I love rich people. I know, and work for some very self made rich people. You can learn a lot from them. You know me. I dislike rich people.
About 20% of twitter is bots. If it is over 5% and Musk can prove it he can nix the deal and twitter owes him $1 Billion. If he backs out of the deal for no good reason, he would owe the current owner $1 Billion.
Musk is playing the twitter fools. He will come out of this better than when he started.

I'm not against getting rich. I'm against greed and getting rich. There is a difference. I'm total asset millionaire, all things considered, but I'm a nice guy and give back. Musk's companies tend to pay well and he is a philanthropist in his own right. I admire that if his tweets are true. Bezos, on the other hand, companies are always derided for low wages and the only philanthropy he's involved is doleing out to his ex-wife and she's spreading his wealth.
I think Amazon pays well..They expect you to work a little harder than people are expected these days..The funny thing is Starbucks unionizing. As if the coffee isn't expensive enough. Paying two weeks vacation to employees every other month is putting that liberal owner over a barrel.

Had a Dutch Bros outlet by my old home in Oregon... GREAT coffee, and U of O cheerleaders working there...
A story..... Friend had some good University of Oregon basketball seats... He took me along to a game and as the cheerleaders ran by ( I was the nice guy who bought coffee from them at Dutch bros, and had the cute dog) I waved.. They stopped, waved, and yelled " HI Rick ".....LOL... Felt like I was a god.......
And it keeps getting more mutated....I think Amazon pays well..They expect you to work a little harder than people are expected these days..The funny thing is Starbucks unionizing. As if the coffee isn't expensive enough. Paying two weeks vacation to employees every other month is putting that liberal owner over a barrel.
