Just like the title says. I was in the middle of all that mess and the car took the abuse like a champ! No scratches or anything but that's because nothing hit it. Some ants from where the car was in deep water but a quick trip down 290 probably shook them off

I can't say how great it is to finally be out of an apartment w/o water and electricity. I have been living like that for the last 3 days.

The City looks like crap. Everything is trashed and some highways turned into rivers courtesy of a heavy rain that followed the day after the winds stopped. But nothing comes close to what has happened to Galveston. I only found out today after getting to a functional TV.

Just curious, how high was the water on your car? Glad all is coming around for you all.

I think the deepest I had to face was about half way up my wheels maybe less then that. I'm glad my JLT is mounted up high.

I was going to say that it's probably a good time to take a power boat through the highway and film it so you can post it on YouTube. Glad you and the stang are OK.
