I'm thinking of having some work done - they're a high performance Mustang shop in Deer Park, Long Island. Anyone have any experience, good or bad, with them?

They did a rear for me years ago when I had my 88 LX. They charged me $1100 to replace everything (carrier, all bearings and seals, and 3.73 ring and pinion). And after driving the car for about a month, the rear started whining and sounded like it was going to blow. So, I brought it back to them and they did fix it for no charge, and it was good after that. The only thing I didnt like about the place is that when I went to pick up my car, they had it parked out front unlocked with the windows down.

Also - if you do gears buy them from an online site. Save yourself at least 100 bucks
