man, that is screwed up on so many levels, why would anyone even run a business like that, how could they sleep. I know for a fact it wouldn't stand up here. i would like to personally see that place close down after reading that.

You can also ask by submitting a comment on their comment board...
"When will the Air Force member you "assisted" with his 2002 Mustang Gt on 28July2004 be given his OWN motor and refund?"

I like that idea!

Please contact the shop in question for any information on when this young man will get his refund... I suggest you to use the toll free number, as it's free for you, not them... I do not support calling multiple times, but I CANNOT control the actions of other internet "homosexual males". I don't think it will help, after all, what could happen since it's being posted on the internet...wait...why would this company have a website then? What a waste of time, advertising on the internet!!!!

I once "cut off" a company out of Texas for this kind of thing.. Maybe its time to start sending the original threads to companies that he is direct with..

HMMMMM, that is strange, I have known Tom for about 5 years off and on now, and have never seen or heard of anything remotely like that.

My absolute best friend in the world worked there for several years, and has never mentioned anything like that happening.

Tom has always struck me as a very nice person, he has been friendly and forthcoming every time I have ever talked to or seen him.

Now his brother seems like kinda a prick, but thats another story....

This story seems a little hard to swallow for me, not saying its not *true*, but perhaps it is being told from not a 100% neutral point of view....

The part about Tom beating somebody up is almost laughable, Tom is about as skinny as a rail. And has always quick with a smile and a joke every time I have talked to him, or been to the shop.

The story could be true, but it seems unlikely to me, from my experience with Tom and www.bieberfever.com.

Just my .02

The problem is, there is likely no 100% neutral side of the story. And both parties don't seem to be trying to discuss things. The people defending the shop on the other site. Are doing nothing for it's credibility.
