I was thinking about this the other day. Thanks for posting the info.

I want to go but a Thursday is tough. Plus it's right after the SAACNW track day which is the 10th. Sending the paper work in today for the SAAC event.

I'll be there. Possbily in the SVO, but proabably in the Mach 1.

If you haven't had the chance to drive Pacific Raceway, you have no idea what you are missing.

Yo Duner. What's with the Black Flag CT?????

Are you also doing the SAAC day?

I started a pass on a rolling road block near the end of the passing zone in front of the track marshal so I gave myself the CT. It was a safe pass just completed a little late.

There are times I miss my Cobra. And hauling ass into turn one is one of those times and not one of those times. I miss the power in the passing zones but the GT is soooooo much better in the braking zones. I stayed deep in the throttle past the 500' mark and braked hard at about the 400' mark with no fade or drama. The Cobra brakes on a car that weighs 500+lbs less than the Cobra work very well.

I want to attend this event at PR. Not sure I can get the time off from work. I know it will be a blast from our conversations last year. Will you, Dave, and the other Wranglers be doing this event?

Duner - Can you say five, count them, five twenty minute sessions with no instructor, only $125. Friends can ride along. There is a 90 - 95 foot elevation change on the back straight that can't be described. Brian and I will be there along with 3 or 4 other Wrangler cars. This is by far the most fun that you can have legally with your Mustang. Last year, Brian and I were doing 135 mph on the front straight. On Friday is the Pony Trail as seen in the Mustang magazines. We hold the record for the largest Pony Trail in the US. Between 390 and 425 Mustangs on one big cruise thru the back roads outside Seattle. Its almost a religious experience. People set up lawn chairs along the side of the road to watch. On Sunday is the Peoples Choice show, with 1200 - 1400 Mustangs on the Bellevue Community College campus. That is where most of the cars that end up in the magazines get their photo shoots. If anyone wants to go for a ride on Thursday, come on up and look us up, Cobra Dave or Shaker. We have extra helmets. Being in the Advanced class, I might get 8 or 10 sessions. Cobra DAVE.

Post images of your cars so we know who to look for.
This is the biggest Mustang related track day of the year in the NW. Even if you can't afford the entry fee come and hang out. There are always guys that bring out some really nice cars just to watch. Most likely Brad's Custom Auto will be cooking up hamburgers and hotdogs again in the Brad's Custom Auto hospitality tent.:rlaugh:

I don't know if I'll make the SACC event. But, I may. I already have part of that week off to go to Bellevue. So, maybe I can just take off the whole week.

I know a few of us will be at PR. You just can't compare this track to PIR. And since they let you take passengers, no one gets left out.

Dave and I have been there the past few years. I have a DSG Mach 1 and Dave has the Laser Red Cobra.

Tom,

Stick to car shows and burger joints. We don't want you dripping all that armor all and mother's polish all over the race track.

:rlaugh: Good one!!!!

I really think I need a oil cooler and radiator before I go out there. Now that the shop is almost done I'll have a place to work on it!

Maybe if I'm lucky Brad will let me flip some burgers on Thursday!!
