Just wanted to say goodbye...for now at least, as I sold the fourth Mustang I have owned. I have fallen in love with the Cadillac CTS-V! I am sure I will be back on the Mustang scene in a few years. I have been lurking (and posting a small bit) to the forum for about 4 years now.

See you guys on the road....you are a great bunch of guys!

Here is a pic of my new ride (It is really fun to drive!)

It is kinda sweet to have the only one of something in town...I cannot believe that I found a car that meets all of my automotive needs without having to be modded from the factory:

- 4 door for my kids
- Executive styling for my job
- 400hp, razor sharp handling, and huge stopping power
- Lots of buttons and gadgets
- Unique, looks cool and only one in town!

I still will miss my Mustang on those hot summer days though. I actually did quite well on it. I bought it for $26,000 CDN two years ago and sold it for $26,500! I got lucky...that Mustang held its value!

those are badass cars, but they have some shortcomings. the differentials are junk, and the wiring is a hodge podge. my friend works for a caddy dealer and as he puts it "it looks like they took a Z06 and a CTS wiring harnesses and gave them to edward scissorhands."

Why don't you just stick around, just because you sold your mustang doesn't mean you gotta leave

+1 especially with that great attitude. The CTS-V is a great all purpose vehicle.

I would love to see a new Mark IX from Lincoln. That would be sweet.
