Mustang Sounds Like Its About To Die

I have a 99 Mustang GT,
When i come to a stop or get done reving the engine up it sounds like its fading away and about to die, i have an 02 sensor that is fried could that be it? if not what else could it be? i recently installed all new 8 spark plugs and the problem continued.
Mods= X-Pipe, Flowmasters

If anyone knows what could be wrong here would be much help

Is it just idling low or actually stumbling and such. A bad o2 can cause havoc. Replace that and report back. (as long as its a front one, the rear will only cause a cel)

it is most likely your IAC. it seems 99-04 stangs change out their IACs with every oil change

the o2 sensor is definitely a problem but i think its just making the problem worse

Do you know where i could get a replacement for the stock iac
For The 99 Gt. 4.6

yeah sounds like the IAC to me. Autozone has it, so does pepboys, etc. Dealership too.

So i replaced both 02 sensors,
Cleaned the iac and still bad idleing,
When i get done driving and i put it in neutral the rpms get reallly low and i think its about to die on me..
should i just replace the iac?
