hey 95 gt automatic wierd think happend to me today when i was leaving work i start up my car waited about a minute and put it in drive the rpms start jumping and the car stall ,so i restarted the car and put it in drive and the rpms jump up and down for few seconds and then the car run normal it only happend when i shifted from park to drive when i got home everythink work fine what is it what is going bad ?

one time after i hit the dyno, i drove the car to grab some lunch. drove it back home and parked it on the driveway. when i went to put the car in the garage, i shifted it to drive and it would stall. i tried like 4 times and it stalled. i tried starting it again and as soon as i shifted to drive, i quickly gave it gas to get it moving. no idea what it was but it never happened like that again. it did stall another time while driving tho.

I would ask around about the IAC.....If it is just doing it when park to drive and maybe between reverse and drive quickly......I had that issue for a while before having it tuned......search for IAC on the board..

I've got the same problem intermittently - seems to only crop up when it is hot outside and I'm starting the car when it's hot.
I've replaced the IAC and also checked for vaccume leaks and the problem went away... it just cropped up again last week so it may be time to double check everything. I need to pull a datalog out my Tweecer and reproduce the problem to see what the deal is.
