I am quoting from this morning's (2-23-15) The Sun News which is our daily paper for the Myrtle Beach area.
"The Horry County Public Safety Committee will discus safety concerns during Mustang Week on Monday. The meeting, which begins at 9:30 a.m., will be held at the Horry County Government and Justice Center in Conway."
There were articles in The Sun News soon after Mustang Week last July expressing concerns about the driving of Mustang owners during Mustang Week, especially those coming out of the Myrtle Beach Mall on to Hwy 17 South which seems to be used somewhat as a drag way. Not sure what any of this will mean for the Week, but if anything special gets reported from the meeting, I'll update the post.
