Any of you guys/gals plan on going to Mustang Week down on Myrtle Beach? This will be my first year to go and am super pumped about it. Just wondering if any of you people have been before and what it was like.

Plan on it for at least a couple of days, provided I get the time to get my exhaust changed... Was going to hold off and do tires first, but..... I am sort of digging on the borla cat back deal on AM right now and need to convince the wife the car NEEDS IT!!!!

I went last year. It was awesome! I'll probably go again in 2012. It's a far drive for me.

Try to go to different events on different days. There is so much to see. DOn't just go for a full day on one day. Thats my regret.

That's easy... don't tell her and stay home from work on the delivery day. She'll never know!!!

You definitely need it, you will love the borla stingers.

+1... you could always sabotage your car too... I've done that a couple of times. Unbolt the current cat back from the mid pipe, fire it up and say you have a massive exhaust leak and need a new cat back to fix it

Well, the service engine light coincidentally did JUST come on over the weekend.... I've already mentioned that it COULD be a cat problem, and MIGHT have to replace the exhaust...

I've been to the last 6-8 Mustang Weeks in a row. It's not hard when you live in Myrtle Beach...

This year I'll be pushing to get my schedule to work out for my two favorite days, Weds (speedway) and Thurs (Darlington). I'd like to get to the Meet and Greet as well, but that may or may not happen. Have a lot to do to the GT before that time comes, I should have a couple of weeks to knock it out as long as I have the spare time to do so.

It's possible I won't get to be in full attendance this year, but I try to make it to everything that I can. Once everyone figures out where they're staying and the date gets a little closer, we could all try to plan a Stangnet meet for those of you coming into town. I know the Corral forums have a huge meet every year at MW.

If you guys want to get a StangNet meet and greet going on, I'm definitely down for that.

I've heard Ocean Creek is pretty awesome. They're on a huge chunk of land and it's a very nice looking place, kind of secluded despite the fact it's damn near in the middle of everything... and oddly enough across the street from where I somewhat work, haha. You're literally a 2min drive from the big shows on Saturday and Sunday at the mall/Hooters and 15min (depending on traffic) from the Planet Hollywood meet and greet, and about 25min from the speedway, which is easy as hell to get to.
