Pistons, rods, heads, punched out, 3500 converter, 410's, and other bolt-ons.... your definition of "slightly modified" is a lil bit different than mine apparently.
Also, your statement that it "looks just like your normal, typical, factory stock 4.6 ".... not with that intake it doesn't.
But still, looks and runs good though.
