Is that even a fair comparison? Were the CR's equal? I am sure the 2v and 4v were not completely equal on all other terms.

03 cobra 8:5.1 compression
Full exhaust
ummm..Cobra heads??????????

03 GT
8:5.1 comp
full exhaust
cams
2Valve heads.....???????

What did I miss here..Not fair??LOL..a 4v head flows alot more then a ported 2v..

Call KB and discuss their findings with a built 4 valve verse a built 2valve..They found out the same thing we have..Not worth arguing over, make a phone call.

That is one BADA$$ 2V! With what Cobrakiller was saying, most KB 03/04 Cobras need at least 17psi to hit 600rwhp, and some don't even hit that mark WITH 17psi. Add cams to an 03/04 Cobra, and that might be a different story, but not many have done the cammed/KB combo. No matter how you slice it and dice it, Modular Powerhouse knows what they are doing. Congrats on your SICK ride!

I wasn't saying that it wasn't a fair comparison, I was asking if it was a fair comparison. I was asking if they were both equal besides the heads. i.e., the 2v coulda had much higher compression or something.

i have been wondering if im the only one has been seeing this but it sure seems like lately that more and more people are getting more power from 2v's than 4v's is this just because there is more R and D on 2v's or because tim is a 4.6 god?lol

Eh, that's alright Kamran....we know you'll come through eventually.

Oh, and Tim's not a God, he just doesn't like 4v's.

(edit) For the record, Tim does in fact appreciate 4v's....he loves to work on them, and savors every minute he has with them. But he knows deep down that 2v's rool da skool.

Damn, this thing is fun..........

After two days of driving the car everything is perfect. I've put about 500 miles on it with the trip back to florida and over the last two days with no hiccups at all. I think I'm in love lol.

Thanks for all the friendly comments everyone.

That's gonna be a tough question to answer as I had a lot of the major components (built motor, fuel system, etc) already before he installed the blower.

I don't think KB has provided pricing for the kit as they haven't officially released it yet but if you pm Tim I'm sure he'd be happy to give you some specific details and options.
