My 2004 mustang gt won't go into gear while running

Just replaced the throw out bearing due to churping and when I parked it the clutch was fine and looked good as well when I did the throw out bearing, it's got a tremec t5 in it and a short throw shifter and it's a stage 3 clutch. Car will start and idle fine and go into every gear while not running but won't go into any gear while running iv got the clutch adjusted to the best of my ability. It was shifting ok at first then I drove to store and back and now it won't go into gear at all. Please help I'm at a loss cause it was shifting perfect before I dropped the trams...

I didnt even touch the clutch or pilot bearing the only issue was the throw out bearing I replaced that put it back and now the clutch feels funny and it'll only go into gear when not running but it idles amazing haha the squeaks gone but now this is happening :/

Every person I talk to says clutch or cable but it makes no sense when I parked it to pull the transmission everything was working fine idk how my clutch went out but just sitting in my garage lol
