Great project and nice progress. I just used wire ties to hold up my harnesses in the fender wells.

I think its funny how they made the 4-eye version of that bumper with the angular 99-04 Saleen look; but the 87-93 version has the rounded 94-98 design to it WTF?

Looks like a good project car anyway.

the front valence looks pretty good. crappy in the bodykit ad. Not sure about the little side scoops on it though. Nice project, keep up the good work!

Those valve cover stud kits do really help, I have the UPR one and paid something like 20 bucks for it. Much easier to not chip up the valve covers since they hold themselves on.

More sanding, more work = more pics .... I have not seen one of these bumpers for a capri . We decided to fill in the marker light holes and move them and the turn signals

Either way, great job man! And I think its awesome as to "why" you're doing it too.

About the only thing I'd want to give my dad for all he's done is a wedgie.

Thanks for the kind words. As for the bumper , it is not perfect by any means and that is as good as we could get it to fit without cutting out the center section of the bumper and redoing that part of the mold ourselves. So long story short we are going to live with it. anyways here are some more pics and some color !!

had to test fit the wheels 255/40/17 on all 4 corners

all pics are without clear coat as somebody ( me ) bought the wrong thinner lol clear is going on today and new top and glass tonite! dad gets the car on friday
