its alright but what could i get for $100-150 for my car? xmas ideas.... what about struts and shocks for that much?

Get springs. Then when you can afford it wheels and tires.

Aluminum pullies, sub frame connectors, short throw shifter are three goods ones in that range. I especially recommend the sub-frame connectors, get the full length ones, and have them welded in.

My brother has an 01 mustang v6 automatic we done some performance upgrades that really woke up the car like headers, underdrive pulleys (these made the biggest difference ) MSD 9mm sparkplug wires and the cold air intake everytime you add a performance part you absolutely need to disconnect the battery so when you hook it back on the computer will learn that the engine performance has change and adapt to it I learn this the hard way this is for the ODB ll computer which the V6 has

I know it won't sound like a V8, but the first thing I would do is install an exhaust.

That, in my opinion, has to be the biggest restriction on "performance" of the V6; since you have the two exhaust manifold's and cats going into ONE muffler and tailpipe.

I would imagine by "uncorking" the exhaust, you can make a V6 run alot better.

sounds like me....when I was 18..lol

BTW, those black out covers will get you pulled over constantly, be warned. Also, even if the tails are street legal, cops still like to give you hell about them! That's why I like my good ole stocker!

my car is making a squeaking noise that sounds like the belt .. i checked and its not the belt but when i push the clutch in it stops and if the clutch is pushed a little bit it gets worse... what could it be and how hard would it be to fix?

Sounds like a throw out bearing issue. How many miles on that clutch?

Def a throwout bearing or clutch issue... i would of saved that cash up to prepare for bigger things with the car if i were you...

idk how many miles are on the clutch... but how hard of a fix is it and about how much money.... cuz i need my car for college

Few hours job if you know what you are doing. You should have the flywheel resurfaced though and that will be another $40-50 at a machine shop and can add a days time to your job as you wait. Clutch kits from most parts stores are around $110-120.

A good set of handtools, jackstands, and such should get the job done. It's nice to have an impact for the flywheel bolts though. It's a PITA trying to keep flywheels from spinning as you crack them loose.

The throw out bearing is the bearing between the clutch and the clutch fork, basically. Without the throw out bearing, you would grind metal whenever you pushed the clutch in. To replace it, you need to remove the transmission. So while you're at it, you might as well replace the clutch and several other parts that also require you to remove the transmission.

so ive got all my cars Christmas presents on (blackout headlight covers and spyder tail lights) except for my LEDGLOW interior lights that go under the dash and shine onto the floor and under the front seats and shine on the back floor. does anyone know how i can hide the wires under the carpet for the back floor lights?

u just said it... Under the carpet... u speak of needing money for college... yet this clutch issue might leave you stranded sooner or later... my tob did that for awhile... i let it go and melted the TOB in to all sorts of pieces... but your buying appearance parts that dont affect how your car runs or drives...
