actually, i found it a couple weeks ago, but just took it out today while i put in my new headlight lenses. yet more proof of how much a virgin my car was (at least till i got it anyway).

strype gets it, the factory original, never touched, air silencer. most owners take em out after, what, a month? that mother was in there 17 YEARS! thats gotta be a record somewhere......

When I picked mine up a year ago, it still had the silencer, dizzy boot, stock exhaust, stock shifter, etc.

That was a virgin. All of my stuff is still in the garage just in case I do a full restoration

an '86 has one also.I removed mine years ago (Mine is the same as a Mustang).

Mine had the aire silencer, dizzy boot, shifter. I saved mine, maybe it'll be worth some big bucks some day.

Yeah- since I bought my 93 car off a friend who had it since new, it was kinda funny that I'm the one who took it off his car (my car whatever) years ago while he was asleep on the couch

im thinking about hanging this thing up on the wall somewhere, i dont think i'll ever see one again unless i do. itd be perfect for a "waste of $2 of plastic" museum.

There's people out there that actually enjoy a factory original car over a modified car, as my dad calls them "freaks".
