I sold the first car I ever owned a few weeks ago. A bone stock Escort ZX2. Look what they did to the poor little POS:

Yes... that it a glue-on hoodscoop.

That must be the new bolt-on-turbo-in-a-glue-on-hoodscoop.

That sucks. I sold a mustang to a friend and it always hurts to see the car that I worked so hard to keep clean trashed and falling apart.

that's like letting a friend date your sister - you'll never look at either of them the same

hehe, that sucks. My cousin wants to buy my 98 from me. I was going to sell it but first thing he asks is how much lambo doors cost... not gonna happen anytime soon.

To the junkyard before I let it get riced.

There is a black one with some ginormous body kit and Z-Tech sticker down the side thats covers the WHOLE side and twin fart cans. Everyday he sees my car in the lot as he passes and revs the hell out of it. Poor little eco box

So you would rather see a nice car go to the junkyard before allowing someone else to own it and enjoy it, even if there taste in some areas is different than your own?

heh, I meant I rather hold on to it until the car gives out and no longer worth the repair. It was my first car and just can't let go.

It won't last forever, its a good 10 footer but a rustang underneath. He wouldn't enjoy it, as it has some kinks that ive grown acustom to. He would treat it as a beater and not last 1 year in his hands. I thought that he might cherish it but the comments he makes will make you cringe...

Your idiotic misplaced bravado might sound impressive to a few sheep goons on a message board but in the real world that is one of the dumbest things a car enthusiest can say. Yeah thats it, trash and wreck a perfectly good car just because you might not approve of some of the things someone else might do to it after you sold it to them.

Well us "sheep goons " actually know that he isnt serious and would never do that in real life....its more to prove a point...
For you to call him out like that on something so dumb, is a little
Its this little thing called INSURANCE FRAUD! Most good people keep to the rules and wouldnt do that.

But welcome to :SNSign: wyldpny

bahahaa... just wow. That kind of came from far left field. Its just a run in the mill mustang dudez...
In the 'real world(whats that anyway?)' this car is only worth ~$1500. I rather use it as my winter car(which im doing) then let my cousin trash and wreck a perfectly good car. You made my point wldpny. Cheers.

Sorry guys. I guess I tend to take people by their words. I guess I will have to do a better job of simply ignoring the constant lame things LaserSVT says. My bad

errr kinda not really but yeah.

133,000 miles. Gears whine a bit, front bumper needs to be repainted. Rear main seal has a small leak, undercarraige is rusty. etc. etc. new summer tires needed(blizzack ftw!) etc. etc. Engine and Trans are great, still holding strong.
