I broke my car like an idiot i took the upper and lower intake off when i put it back on the car blows black smoke i dont know what i did wrong but something is definetely wrong some one help please

Did you put the vacuum line back on the fuel pressurre regulator?

Did you pinch any of the injector wiring harness between the upper & lower manifold?

yeah i put the vacuum line on and i dont think the wiring harness is pinched

Why did you take the intakes off?

dont take this as an insult, but you did put a new lower intake gasket on right? same with the upper intake gasket? torqued down in sequence ?

yeah i put new gaskets in

black smoke sounds like a fuel problem - too much... do you have a fuel pressure gauge? did you pull the distributor too? or leave it in? might be a tooth off, hard to say man
