I have a vortech a-trim on it and the belt was walking off by one rib, so my buddy that built the motor fixed it but its doing it again, this time the belt shredded and cut my oil return line. wtf. Any one have any ideas on how to fix it? My freind said to do a pully upgrade,the new pullies have the lip on the edge so it can't walk off. thanks for the help.

i don't know much about installing blowers...but it sounds like you have an ever-so-slight misalignment...can you shift the head unit so the belt doesn't walk off the pulley?
