well as some of you might have seen i posted about my experience with pro_exhaust i think it was on ebay i cant remember anymore lol

but i bought them on the 8th of march on the 20 somthing of march they reported me to ebay as a non-payer so i had to send proof to ebay that i sent the money order out on march 10th with the number and what not after this i was sooo mad i wrote the company a nasty letter asking what the hell was going on....why they reported me to ebay and why i had no lights.....

they only answered half my question by saying they had recieived my money and they were sorry for the inconvience...so i waited for a couple days and ebay sent me a reply saying the case was closed and everything was cleared up so i felt better....then i thought hmm...its the end of march and i still dont have my lights...whats going on so i wrote the company another letter asking where they were??

i waited till april 4th or so and filed a claim through ebay as the seller never shipping parts so i opened a claim against them then they write me back like the 6th and say they are sorry for the inconvience to me but the lights are backordered and that they will take 2-3 weeks for them to get any in stock!!!!!!

at this point im livid...my car is sitting in the garage waiting for these damn corners to go in so i can drive it ...me when i stripped the car i tossed all the yellowed lights now i regret it..

so tonight i get another letter from this company saying that good news they should be getting the lights in stock soon and will be shipped out shortly...and at the bottom of the letter he writes that he wants me to leave feedback for him on ebay..... .....?!?!?! is this guy serious?!!?! i want to really give him a terrible feedback but my feeback is very low and i think if i do write him a terrible review he would give me a bad review and mess up my ebay account...? what do you suggest i do? just give him a ok review so i get mine and drop the whole thing??

i just checked its pro_exhaust

Tell him to leave you feedback first. Your part of the deal is done and in a positive way. Mention that you won't leave feedback until you've received the product that you ordered. Be really nice and "easygoing" sounding about it. Then if (I doubt he will) he does, once you get your lights, let him have it. Negative feedback and all the negative stuff you can about the transaction. (They really don't leave enough room to give all the details, when your mad about a bad transaction.)

Another option is to not leave anything for him. Evidently he feels that he needs to "work" his feedback number. It must be very important to him.

Otherwise, you could leave a positive (if you like the lights) and very negative comments in the comment section. People need to know that this guy is a hack that sells stuff that he doesn't even have in his possesion.

Good luck with it. I hope you get your lights, soon.

Don't leave any feedback until you receive product. That's how it works. Also, he is supposed to leave you positive feedback when he receives payment. You have the upperhand until you relinquish it by leaving feedback, then he can say you already received the product. Good luck.

I feel you pain man, a couple of weeks ago I ordered parts from Late model restoration and they said it would take 3 days for me to get my parts, 3 days later I called to get a tracking number and the guy said the parts shipped today, 4 days later still no parts so I call again and the guy says oh I'm sorry we mistakenly didn't process your order. I was pretty hot because my car was tore down in the driveway waiting on several hundred dollars worth of parts that they didn't get around to sending me, I told them to cancel my order and they acted like they couldn't understand why

I've ordered from them a couple of times and had no problems, they told me the parts I was ordering were all in stock and would be at my house in 3 days, I can understand if it took a couple of days longer but the fact that they told me the parts were shipped when they were not and they left me hanging big time is enough that I will never order from them again. There are alot of ther places to order Mustang parts from and personally I don't think their prices are all that great.

I experienced that recently. I brought my car in to a shop and they told me it would be two weeks for the work and I was totally cool about it and only called once after the one week mark to see how things were going. They said they had just gotten the connectors in. So it takes a week to get wire connectors? I don't think so. Well the two weeks comes by and I have my wife call in and see what's up cuz i'm busy with other things. Dude says "I'm getting the feeling you guys want this done faster than we can do it, you're welcome to come get it and we will refund your deposit". Lol so I go in that day and the car looks Exactly the same as I left it. The guy acts like he's doing me some kind of favor giving me the car back, ****er cost me 90 bucks worth of towing and did nothing not to mention two weeks of my time. Ended up doing the work myself. Guy couldn't believe I was just gonna pull the plug, he thought he was playing a game with me. I'd rather waste 90 bucks and piss on his reputation and shirk him off like a piece of garbage than play games. People have no honor or integrity anymore.

I used to always be laid back and patient when I had mechanics do my wrench work, but time and time again it's been proven to me that you need to call and check on stuff, frequently. I can't mention how many times not calling has got me burned, one time causing me to miss the yearly St. Ignace car show with my car. You may not want to irritate a person, but they shouldn't get that way if you just want to spend 2 minutes on the phone to get an update, ya know?

my burn story was kinda the same i stopped in the shop quite a bit i had a huge list of stuff for them to do... i was there for the motor coming out came back saw the new internals going in i was happy... they didn't seem to bothered but but kinda said just give us a call in a couple weeks we should have it ready so i didn't think twice about it really i saw they were really doing a good job...after i got it back i got a hefty labor bill ..(i supplied all parts) and to find out after i left they pretty much gave up on it and my rear end was never opened..no fuel filter and a few more things...but they had no problem keeping all my parts i sent for that stuff and getting charged for it...i didn't really find this stuff out till about 3 months after the work when rumors were circulation they were getting shut down from ripping people off and i started checking my car over...they eventually flopped and left town quickly so i never got to give them a piece of my mind
