If there is one thing I see alot on stangnet and corral, it's alot of people complaining about how they got screwed over by such and such vendor. But not many people post about the good experiences they have had with em. So Ill list a few vendors that I've had positive or least neutral experiences with so to better inform future possible buyers.

1) Muscle Motors Performance - Bought some control arms and cobra front brakes off them. Ordered it off the internet and had no problems.

2) Wazee Pulley's - Bought some emission stuff off him. Ordered it off the internet and had no problems.

3) Drivetrain Specialists - Bought Eaton Diff, gears, and installation kit. Ordered it off the internet and had no problems.

4) CNC Motorsports - Bought Roller rockers. Ordered them off the internet and had no problems

5) Mustang Warehouse - Bought a crap load of stuff including TF heads. Ordered on phone and had no problems. The only problem I had was when I received the trick flow heads. I only opened one head box and seen all the parts were inside so I thought, cool. A month later, when I open the other box, nothing was inside...no guideplates, no studs etc. Called up Mustangwarehouse, and even though it was a month later, they hooked me up with all the missing parts!! Very cool of them. Terrific company.

6) Summit and Jegs - Bought a crap load off these two, and had no problems, but one thing I have to say about both of them is super fast shipping ALL the time. I always get my stuff with in three days.

7) Lasota Racing - Bought SCT chip off Don (local on corral.net) . Prolly one of the best experiences I've had. Don was super nice and helpful with everything. HIGHLY recommended

8) Livernois - Bought Intake off em. Ordered off the internet and when it arrived it was missing 2 bolts. They said No problem and sent me out the missing parts with no arguement. Terrific place.

9) Cool Blue Performance - bought pro-m mass air off them. Had no problem but shipping took alot longer then expected. They did email me though saying they had a problem and told us the supplier was causing the delay.

10) Anderson Ford - bought something off them (Cant remember LOL) but had no problem with em.

These are the vendors I have dealt with on my last project and my reviews.

1. DSS- ordered stroker kit off the phone, super nice customer support, got most of my parts due to UPS losing the main parts, but after 3 weeks UPS and DSS made good on everything.

2. Cometic- ordered head gaskets over the phone, did not ship when they said they would due to machine failure. but none the less got the order right.

3. Dr. Gas- order 3"x2.5" Xpipe, didn't ship when they said but should be here this week.

4. SPEC- did a nice rebuild on my stage 3 clutch and flywheel.

Oh yea forgot a couple...

5. Mustangs Unlimited- phone and internet, very good service.

6. 5.0 Resto- internet order, very good service as well.

I have used:

1. Mustangs Unlimited quite a bit because they are local... No problems and actually very satisfied overall.

2. Summit: no real problems and the one time I had a shipping error (took 5 days to receive) I got a small gift card out of them.

3. Jegs: no real problems but I don't like the websits so i usually use summit.

4. KRC Performance (for my dakota) great guy with decent prices

5. ebay, jsut gotta be careful I have yet to have any real problems.

Speedconcepts is the worst. I placed an order for a 13" Cobra front brake kit on June 15th, and they just sent me an order conformation on July 1st. I still don't know if it's backordered, so I wrote them back explaining that I need it by this weekend because I have some free lift time scheduled. Doubt they'll even respond. Some time in August I'll probably have a package show up. If they're not going to answer their phones or reply to their emails, they shouldn't even bother to list their contact info. I'll never even consider doing business with them again.

But my personal favorite is poweredbyford.com. Spent close to $6k with them and received everything within three days including a transmission.

-5.0 resto- got a 01 Cobra shift knob from them. Ordered it 5 days before christmas and christmas eve it was at my door.
-Mustangs Unlimited- Got my blaster TFI coil. Very promt service and was delevered quickly.
-Anderson Ford Morotsport- I got a NA power pipe,80 mm pro-m, and the custom 9mm plug wires. Everytime when I called they had something on sale and made sure i knew about it in case it was something i needed. Very fast phone ordering and great service and delivery.
-Delk Performance- I got to give a hand out to John. He not only got me a new 96-98 Cobra bumper he saved me well over 100 bucks on it. Everything he ordered came in on time. He even helped me with some decision I had about stuff to do to the car. He told me what would work and what wont. Great guys there that do an awesome job.
-Steeda-Its iffy good service unless its something new they are working on. Don't ever believe a release date cause i waited almost two months then decided to just forget it.
-Midway Auto Supply- I got my code reader from there. Awesome service and speedy delivery.
-PerformanceCenter.Com- Wow talk about bad I had Eibach springs I was gonna get for dirty cheap but they were out and had them on order so 2.5 months later I said send me back my money
=Mustangtuning.com- I got my SLP cat back from them also must say great service and very informative. Also speedy delivery.
-Tirerack.com-Great price and even better delivery. My tires have always been on my back deck sitting at the exact date they said they would be.
There more places but thats all i remember at the moment plus im tired of typing.

5.0 resto- ordered a few things over the years, one time ordered a part on a Tues. or Wed. before a 3 day holiday and they said 3-5 business days so I fig. I would not get it until Tues. of the next week at least (the Mon. was the holiday). I got the part Fri. morn.
Year One- My first project car/learning with my money was a 1966 chevy caprice (luxo impalla). Ordered a complete wire harness to re-wire the intire car, not an easy task when your 16-17, some susp. parts and some trim parts all were of outstanding quality, fit, and finish. A good buddy also had a 1966 Impalla and we used my stuff to make stuff for his car.
DSS- bought a pro bullit shortblock, good shipping time, parts looked realy good.
Thumper performance- Got my gt40 heads ported my him and the turn around was about 2 weeks from door to door. The work was outstanding, big thanks
Tmoss- ported both my stock lower and my gt40 lower work was awsome and he knows what he is doing.

Greyhound Bus lines- For all us thrifty used parts buyers, Grayhound bus lines has unmatched bang for the buck shipping of large objects.
