I know you can get them from Latemodel Restoration Supply - Mustang & Chevy Truck Parts I bought mine from there because I had to re-do them.

cool. i wasnt sure if i liked the stripes but it kinda breaks up the yellow. the more i look at it, i think i like it better

Your hood decals look like OEM Ford decals as I picked up a set just like them but over time I decided to go with less on the hood.
Yours could have been part of Fords special Spring edition for that year as others have mentioned.
Here is one of the first pics I took of my '01 GT, which of course is well before I added the GT hood stripe decals:

These were actual Ford decals as they came sealed new in a Ford parts box with the decal part number etc on the box.

After taking them back off I then went with just the side "C" stripes.

Your seats certainly look like they are nice replacement black stock seats from a different model. Though maybe recovered with different custom embroidered stitching? I don't recall ever seeing any stock seats with the Mustang script letters embroidered in them. All the seats I remember seeing in the various models all had the pony stitched in them.
I have the charcoal stock seats that I am pretty certain were the same as what your stang originally came with.
So you can see the difference from your current seats look at these pics of my stock leather seats:

This pic was taken of a V6 with the charcoal interior with leather. Notice the seat ribbing in the center is a bit different than my GT's and look more like yours:

I dont think the seat coverings are original either,I dont remember ever seeing any with the mustang in them like that.

The center console...yeah mine the same way as that

^ thanks for the pics. i wonder if my seats could possibly be v6 recovers. i dont really like that. they look ok, im just weird about keeping certain things original. does the rest of the interior look correct?

Only other things that catch my attention,but I dunno if the 99's come like it or not.The headlights seem really clear and of course the chin spoiler.Other than that looks original to me.

And maybe the windsheild,cant tell with the huge brow on it,whenn did they start putting the running pony in the dots at the top where that brow is at.

Oh and some black bullitts would look awesome on it...

I think his has been replaced,the black around the pillars looks like it goes out futher than stock...that looks just like my gt did and it had a new windshield.

fibbed a little when i said bone stock. i did buy a diablo sport the day i bought the car. i got it really worth the money. suprisingly, i could tell a difference

i have a set of black bullitts on my other car now. i suppose it would look good on the yellow. personally, i like 18s better on the 99/04 cars

My windshield is original and has not been replaced. Unless you were referring to his
