Ok, long story short, I know i hurt something.. The car is acting really really strange.. I can tell just driving around that i hurt something, it drives fine, but it just doesnt have that edge it used to have, it feels like I am missing a got 30-40 hp when I roll into 1st and second. I let it run, and it doesnt have any strange valvetrain noise, So I am hoping I didnt hurt anything too bad.. It does however get an attitude every once in a while in traffic, almost like its flooding out.. This has been since friday night, I laid into it pretty hard, and it hasnt been running right since.. I am hoping its something simple, so I am pulling the plugs tommorow... if they look good, I may tear down and check for a bent pushrod... i dont know where to start its been a while. I just hope to hell its not a computer issue, I have the mass air conversion and ever since then I have not been able to pull codes on the car, last time It had a computer issue it was on a breakout box for two days trying to diagnose the problem... .. Any other ideas before I start digging into it...

If you think you hurt something, why not start with a compression test?

It's too bad you cannot get the code situation squared away - that'd be nice info. I like being able to run a CBT because it can pick up a bit of a miss that we (or certainly I) cannot.

Good luck and bump.

check timing and ignition(dist. cap and rotor, plug wire continuity, etc..) just because..also have you driven a honda lately? drive one of those for a day and your car will once again feel like a dragster
