$288 out the door... which at first I thought was high... So I called my buddy who has a body shop. He told me these things took a fair amount of prep work, need to be painted on both sides and yellow is a real pain to match up... He said that $288 sounded about right.... especially if they guaranteed the color match.. which they did... so I was happy... the $288 also included installation...
