Just picked her up about 2 weeks ago. Couldnt wait on springs and axle backs(found a good deal on Borla ATAK on craigslist i couldn't pass up).

Factory rotors stick out like a sore thumb. Im thinking some drilled/slotted are in order. Recommendations?

nice looking car, almost as nice as my lava red one.....For the mods I wouldn't recommend none, just from the few problems I'm reading of others ppl I wouldn't want to give ford any ammo on not covering something during the warranty period.

I would replace the Ford wheel center caps with some running pony caps. They are cheap from many sources.
Other than that, I would just keep it clean and shiny and drive, drive, drive, it.

First off--very nice ride!

My car looks similar to yours. I did notice however, that it seems like the color of the wheels have changed slightly from the 2010. Do they seem brighter to you-not as much gloss more of a flat silver color. Absolutely not a knock on the wheels--I'm just making sure my eyes aren't decieving me-and are they 19"s?

I'm already wanting to see what I can get for my car and what I can get into a 5.0 for...

again congrats on the car
Let us know what exhaust you go with and ur opinion. I love magnapacks, but 3v is different animal.

Great looking Stang, black is the best color on the new 5.0's so far.

Borla ATAK axle backs and eibach sportline springs were already installed before these pics were taken. I had the axle backs on within 24 hours of owning the car haha. Wheels are still 18''. i was disappointed that tires were only 235s, but if i burn through them quick enough, that just means i can upgrade.

As far as the axle backs, i love them. No drone, but alot of fun driving through an underpass or tunnel. I was actually surprised how loud they can get for basically just mufflers, yet so quiet at idle and cruise speed.

I actually wasnt very fond of these wheels. a buddy of mine bought the brembo version and upgraded wheels, so he cut me a good deal on those. Love them or hate them, well i love them, especially with the drop. ill try to get some pics up this week.

You will not be disappointed with the look of the drop, just be weary of steep driveways and speed bumps
