I'm still firmly against it. I'm glad my Equus mechanical gauges didn't have that.

they unfortunately do not come in blue lighting since Simco is an OEM gauge manfacturer, they probably wanted to match the lighting on the a/c panel.

I wanted blue lighting so It can match with my Sonic Blue stang
