It is the oil filler tube from Summit. I have the chrome covers for $20. This fits into the hole on the VC, since you cant reuse the stock ones. The good thing is that it allows you to run a Vacuum if you want (through that brass hex head). Im gonna order mine RIGHT NOW!!

I just called to order it, and the guy said the opening has to be 1.220". There is a note in the file that says '1.250" is too sloppy of a fit'.
I dont know HOW the Hell Im gonna measure that opening.???
