Hi everyone,

I've already got my speedo gear for the 3.55 gears. I put it in and my speedo still reads fast by about 10 miles per hour at all speeds. Also, it never goes down to zero. When I am stopped the speedo shows like 7-10 mph. Any suggestions? Is it the cable?

Considering that you also know that it's off by 10mph or so, what I would do is pull your speedo needle off, and leave that little clear shield off your cluster. Then, drive down the road with a buddy driving next to you, and tell him before hand to drive exactly 25, and have him give you a thumbs up when he hits 25.. then, take the needle you pulled off, and push it back on at the 25mph mark. Then have him speed up a little, and yell out speeds to make sure it's on right.

Ghetto, but it apparently works for others.

Why not just take the needle off when you have the car parked and put it on zero, then see if it works normally.
