hey guys, removed an old Quantum alarm system from the early 90's out of my 89 GT. While under the driver side kick panel I saw this connector hanging around. I am not sure if Ford leaves things like this when you do not have certain options in your car. I cannot see anywhere this would plug into. It looks like a relay connector to me?? Any help would deeply be appreciated.

Mustang5L5, that is exact color of the wires but there are 2 grey wires going into same slot. so 5 wires total. grey/grey white, black, white/pink, red/yellow.. Why the hell would someone take the relay out on a 32k miles car? Car runs solid.

Yes, that should be correct. The grays are doubled.

I take it when you cycle the key from off to on, the LOW OIL light doesn't display in the 4-panel warning light pod?

My Guess, a previous owner was having issues with the low oil sensor in the pan, or deleted it, and pulled the relay (which you don't need to do if you unplug the sensor from the pan).
