I have a vibration at 70-80 mph and want to see if a dogbone will take care of it. I swapped rearends and it has vibrated ever since.

Does the rear still have stock gears in it? If not, a dogbone isn't going to help. I think I still have mine kicking around somewhere, but I'm in Gerogia.

no it's got 4.10's. but I've had aftermarket gears before with no problems.
thanks for the offer. BTW Georgia is nice. I was out there to work on my mom's house and her neighbor had 2 fox bodies, both GT's...

Why is that if you go with a different gear ratio? Is there a specific harmonic whine for each gear ratio?
