Hey, I have a 306 carbed motor, I'm running a summit elec. pump i think 150 gph, with one billet summit regulator, will this flow enough to feed my cheater system with a 100hp jets?

Go with a wet kit and you won't have to worrie about it.

yeah this is a wet kit, it has the dual spray bar plate system.

Good question, my carbed 306 has seemed fine with the 100 NOS Sniper shot being fed by the stock Ford mechanical pump, and by an upgrade to a Holley performance mechanical pump. Still the stock 5/16 line from the stock pickup in the tank.

I have 6 or 7 psi of fuel pressure at the fuel gage on the n2o solenoid, at idle, but it seems to drop a bit when revving the engine. So far so good. Plugs I checked seemed light brown and fine.

Will try the bigger shots soon.

That pump should be fine, I would retard the timing a little. And you also need to check and make sure your fuel pressure is where it needs to be at. Maybe even add a psi or two.
