hi to all. about 2 weeks ago i bought a 03 cobra decklid and spoiler on ebay, i had it repainted and installed on my 03 gt vert. last nite i was washing it and what do i see, a 6 inch crack in it on the top close to the rolled edge just above the third brake lite. someone must have leaned on it, i know it wasnt me,these wings/spoilers must be hollow, tapping it sounds like they are, so i was wondering if anyone knows of any for sale. there's a guy on ebay selling them for 249 bucks, thats alot, i paid 300 for decklid and wing. any help? i've check classifieds and such..thanks in advance

Could you just fix it with some fiberglass?

The wings I've seen run around $250.

I hope you can find a better deal though!

yes, i probably could fix it, i just think a new one would be best and easier, fixing it would cost as much as buying one new or used with no damage and repainting it.

Hey sorry to highjack, but did this Cobra wing fit in the regulat GT wing holes? Or did you need to drill other holes to accomodate it?

Thanks

Are you kidding....you could fix it and repaint it for about a third of the price it would cost to buy and paint a new one.
