Need a lil info on the T-45 tranny in a 99 cobra

I'm having the problem that a few people on here have had themselves, which is 3rd and 4th gear "going out" It will go into the position that the gear should be in, only you can go from 3rd to 4th without even touching the clutch, and the transmission acts like it's in neutral. I've got a few opinions from local mechanics, and they seem to think like most ppl on here that the problem is bent/broken shifter forks. Can someone direct me to a website that goes into full detail about this problem and if possible I'd like to find a webpage that shows how the repair process is done. I dont know if this even matters, but the car has a B&M Ripper shifter. Thanks guys, later.
