Need a new clutch, Which one and any tips for fitting?

I hate when this kind of thing happens

I need a new clutch and I "think" ive decided on a King Cobra one,
Now there on some websites for as much as $225, but on ebay there $150 but it says there Valeo Clutches?? Are these the same? Or should I buy the FMS one?

Or I was possibly thinking a Zoom clutch would be good?

I really need as much feedback as poss,

Also are there any tips for doing the job or and websites that give a step by setp incase I run into things specific for the Mustang that might give me trouble along the way,

Also Flywheel question
Resurface? Or new one?

I got a Spec Stage 1 and I love it. It was 220 I think. On spec's web site its 199. It grabs real good.

Also on the flywheel just get it resurfaced, i got mine resurface when i had the clutch done. Also put in a new rear main seal and maybe a pilot bearing if it is bad.

also are those steel throw out bearing retainers anygood?

Worth the buy?

If I remeber right the steel is better for some reason I cant remeber why. Maybe some one on here knows.
