Ok u guys i need help. Im not that good at this but i want to get a cam for my stang. I have a 1990 gt with a upper and lower Professional pruducts intake manifold under drive pulleys, 70mm throtle, cold air intake 3:73 gears, flowasters thats all i think. Well i was wondering wut kind of cam should i get since my engine is gonna be out for a while n i dont have that much money for heads so i thought a cam. HELP??

Well what do you plan on doing to the car later on down the road?

Without heads, it won't really matter. You have this huge intake track now and crappy stock heads.

What are your goals? What is the engine's final combo going to be? You need to think of this because the cam needs to compliment your overall engine combo or you are just gonna have a nice lumy idle and still run 15's

You need a very good set of heads to match that intake. With stock heads a cam will do you no good. You have a good foundation but making a fast car takes a systematic approach.

ok i want to get heads to but i dont have enough money to get them right now. My engine is gonna be out because i got a remanufactured engine n it doesnt come with a cam n i know i can use my stock one but i thought might as well put in a cam that way i dont have to do it later. so wut do you guys think?

You can get a good used set of Gt-40's fairly cheap . Good bang for the buck heads which can be matched to B or E cam . When you upgrade heads/cam there are supporting mods that need to be done fuel pump , injectors...etc . So best bet is save your cash and do it all at once....not just a cam .
