Yes, 99-04 GT/Mach/Cobras all use interchangeable midpipes. I have sold midpipes off my 02' GT to friends in the past with Machs and Cobras.

*Take a look at MAC's website, scroll and see what it categorizes our year midpipe as "99-04 Cobra & GT 2.5" Dura Black Coated" - LINK

*Also take a look at Brenspeeds site, again look what it categorizes the midpipe as - "99-04 Off Road H-Pipe GT/Cobra/Mach 1" - LINK

*Not just MAC either, heres SLP and Magnaflow.

+1 - they are interchangeable.

I think people are getting confused with catbacks, where NO, those are not interchangeable due to the IRS setup.
