Doesn't Autometer sell the bulb covers? I thought I saw them in my '04 Autometer catalog at home.

In my autometers i tried the bulb covers, but the light was WAY too "light" (faded) green, so I went to Advance, and bought the APC little green 194's, and they are a PERFECT match with the stock lighting. They were just real dark green lookin glass bulbs.

Do the green 194's fit in the sockets? Or will i have to buy new sockets if i don't like the green covers?

They just wont fit in the 5" tachs. That is a tiny little bulb, and you have to be careful putting a bulb cover on it too.

Thanks stang951. I have a green bulb for the tach already, it matches pretty good with stock gauges.

I can get the 194's in town that are already GREEN, so if the bulb covers don't work to my satisfaction i'll try them.

Cool I lost one of my bulb covers and I haven't gotten anything to fix it yet. I have 2 gauges right now (Oil and Water) but I want them green too. Thanks!

Stang951, i couldn't tell ya. I have a 5" autogage, the guy i bought the tach from had already put the bulb in it.

I'm sure APC sells them.
