Need height measurements of TFS Track heat intakes

I need height measurements of TFS Track Heat intakes, its from lowest point on lower intake (where lower intake meet block behinf distributor) to highest point of upper intake with or without Phenolic spacers

On TFS website i find that Overall Height is 10.2" ,is this true or meynethey just measure upper intake
