NEED HELP ASAP, SPARK PLUGS WON'T GO BACK IN!!!!!!!!!

it's not like i never changed the spark plugs before on my stang.
now the new ones won't go back in. i turn and turn but they won't catch. WTF can someone help me here.

iv had a set which were a pain, at first i was scared they would crossthread but they had to be lined up PERFECTLY i dont know why but they were such a pain to get in...i know this sounds dumb but mabye its the brand I installed but they were pretty difficult to work in, Once i got one in all the others were easy since I figured it out.

i think not, they are nkg plugs and i looked up the part number for them. it matched the part number on both boxes.

mother ****ers. SUMMIT RACING BLOWS DONKEY BALLS.
CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT MY MAN MARVIN FROM SUMMIT CAN'T EVEN GET AN ORDER FOR SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES RIGHT!!!. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BOTH THERE 1800 NUMBER AND LOCAL NUMBER OFF THE HOOK.
SO I STAY ON THE LINES AND GET SOME TOOTHLESS HILLBILLY ON THE PHONE.
(OPPS CAPS ON)
so i tell him i'm returning everything. cause they can't get a simple plugs and wires order right. so he makes me go over all the product numbers and to him they must be right. cause all the number in his computer match to that on the boxes. so i go in to joyse mode. "look motherf[_]cker i just compared these bullshyte plugs to my old motorcraft and there a quarter of an inch short. so you computer is wrong. second those MSd wires are are as good to my as donkey a$$ sweat. cause there so short that i could pluck them like a banjo you dirt humping red neck. the wire that goes to the farthest plug looks like a scretch bungee chord going under my intake manifold. you tell me if thats good enough for you." so then he goes to "are you going to return the coil also?"
"NO SH/T, everything is going back. you stink of missing Y chromosone, and hot garbage."
he hangs up

F[_]CKING B[_]LLSH/T SUMMIT BLOWS. THEY WILL NOT SEE A PENNY MORE JUST LIKE D&D IN MY SIG.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER ELSEWERE

Those plugs suck anyway. Do yourself a favor and stick with the stock copper motorcraft 32c's

yeah since the ones from summit didn't fit.
i happen to find out that the nearest part store, now carries motorsport parts. so i have motorsport plugs in now.

It sounds like Summit's suppliers either gave them the wrong information, or the products were no good -- either way -- I don't see your attitude as helping out at all.

JK, glad you got everything sorted out, Summit is great, always had my parts to me in a reasonsable time, Never had a wrong part sent to me( knock on wood). Iv spent over 4000 through them, not to many compaints, but there is always that 10% of people who screw things up...and i see u were lucky enough to deal with him....

Yeah all of my experiences with Summit were great. I don't think a wrong set of plugs would have set me off that bad. All it takes is a calm phone call and I'm sure they would have been glad to straighten things out since Summit is known for their willingness to correct problems. However, if someone called me yelling and cursing I'd probably hang up too.

Mistakes happen. Period. In the mean time relax and work on that temper.

at first i called up to let them know that the parts they sent me were wrong. and i want to know how to properly return them. what set me off. is that he was on the phone going over the part number with me. so just because the part number matched on his computer screen means that i was wrong. BULL, gee i repaeted myself a hundred times to him that the plugs were a quarter inch to short. but just because the number on his computer match the plugs number it was written in stone and i was wrong.

i would like some emails about this thread to keep up on the drama, too.

lets say that you work at a speed shop in town. some guy shows up and says that he bought some parts from another employee. now he is dealing with you. you dont know too much about his Bowtie, but you try to help. the computer shows it is the correct part, so you think that everything should be cool, and wonder if the guy is wrong and want to make sure the part is indeed incorrect.

in trying to ascertain this, the customer starts swearing and what not (remember that Summit is not in New Jersey, where people are a little more, ummmm, straightforward).

how would you feel if this happened. kinda one of those things like dont kill the messenger. the people there that packed your order and answer the phone dont put the numbers in the computer. it is not their fault. i try to be nice to customer service folks - i know i could not do that work.

just a different perspective to think about. good luck with it all.

Wow -- how much better do you feel that you now have multiple places you don't want to frequent because your poor attitude and big ego make it too hard for you to do? I know I can call up any of those places and get the best customer service around, and if I have problems -- whether mine or theirs -- they always correct it and if anyone takes a hit in the pocket, it's always them. I think my attitude helps me out like that, and makes me feel better.
