Need Help ASAP

It's a pain in the ass. Not all that hard, procedurally, just difficult to do. Bust off your old plastic stuff somehow, put the new quad on (aftermarket or stock?) and hook the clutch cable back up. If you're staying with a new stock crappy one, I don't envy you the job of putting it back in. My UPR one was hard enough, and it's only one piece down there.

Im putting a new stock one on...it came with the whole shaft that i guess im suppose to replace. i got the first big plastic parts off now i need to get the second little one then i need to get the shaft thing out and replace allthe springs and ****.. :( :( :( i dont like my car right now . i am kinda stuck i dont know what to do.

A whole shaft? You mean the one that goes from the pedal through the assembly to the quadrant? I don't think you have any hope of replacing that with the pedal box still in the car, if that's what you mean. If it's not....just take off the old plastic stuff and replace it the same way.

I still think you should return the stocker and go aftermarket, though.

I would love to get an aftermarket but the only place in this hick town that even knew what i was talking about when i was looking for a quadrant was the ford dealer. I could order online but as of right now this car is my DD and its not going anywhere i cant even get to school. I do need to replace the whole shaft and i think i can do it. Its just gonna be really annoying. i would order it online but right now my headlights are 2 weeks late and im a bit weary of taking that risk with a part that i really need.
I may just leave the old shaft in there and put the new springs and plastic crap on the old one in there. This better work :bs:
