Need Help! Autometer Lunar Gauge Cluster

Just installed the Autometer Lunar Gauge Cluster. I followed all instructions to the letter and handled everything with "kid gloves." It looks real sweat, but I have a problem:

Speedometer is NOT working.

It reads 0 MHP, then shoots to 95 MHP and just stays there. It occasionally "unsticks" when decreasing to a stop.

Anyone have any problems with there Autometer Lunar Cluster????

There's been a lot of issues with them. My problem was calibration of the tach. Yours sounds defective. I suggest you exchange it. It's a PITA but they do look cool. My only gripe now is they are too bright at night. I am thinking of putting a series resistor in there to knock down the drive to the lumination ckt.

You can contact autometer through their website and I'm sure they will point you in the right direction on what to do..
